How to Order & Payment Methods
We have a small Web Shop that can be accessed from the Red “Shop Now” Tab shown close to the top of each of our main Web Pages, or direct from any of the relevant pages by clicking their “Shop Now” button.
The Shop pages show product prices excluding VAT (please do not order direct from the website if you think that VAT exemption may apply, contact us for advice) as well as any options available. Please select any options and quantities and click the “Add to Basket” button.
You are then taken to the first page of ‘Roman Cart’, our provider of secure shopping facilities, where you need to enter your location in order to calculate any carriage charges that may be applicable. Entering these details and clicking ‘OK’ takes you to the Order Summary page where you can check the details of your Order, what payment methods are accepted and whether any carriage is payable, there is also an option to select ‘Collection’ as the delivery method. From this page you can remove products, alter quantities, continue shopping, or go to Checkout.
Selecting ‘Checkout’ takes you to the secure section of Roman Cart where you can enter your Billing Address and Delivery Address if different. There are options here where you can select to have your details stored for next time and to leave a message if required. There is also another option here, to ‘Pay by Cheque’ for approved account holders only.
Clicking to pay by Credit/Debit card will then open up the secure payment page of our provider of secure payment facilities, where you can make payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal.
Successful completion of your Order and Payment will trigger an automatic confirmation e-

Cancellation Policy
Where goods have already been delivered it is your responsibility to return them to us in a saleable condition and at your own expense. We will issue a Returns Authorisation Number for identification purposes which must be included with the goods when returned.
We would recommend that items are well packaged and protected and the use of a ‘signed for’ delivery as no refunds can be given until the items have been received and inspected.
