Leo was rescued and brought into RRS about a year ago. His main role in the company is to ‘Meet & Greet’ all the employees every morning and establish a positive and productive attitude to the day. Throughout the day he continues with his rounds (especially at lunch time) keeping up morale, then when he is satisfied, it’s time for a well deserved kip.
In his spare time Leo likes walks around the reservoir next to his house where his dad is the chairman of the fishing club. Leo does not like a great pint of real ale!

Richard has been providing homely, yet practical, environments for people in care for over 30 years. He has been responsible for installing everything from large PFI projects to individual room refurbishments, on time and on budget. Over this period he has also developed many ‘Simple Solutions’ such as the WacMat, SitDry, and SafeTseat.
Richard thrives on providing support and finding complete solutions utilising many years of his experience.
In his spare time Richard enjoy’s badminton, fishing, holidaying in Croatia and a great pint of real ale!

Valerie has been with the company for over 30 years. In this time Valerie has brought her talents to bare by expanding the business and introducing the sewing side and developing a full operational sewing room. This forms a large percentage of RRS business employing experienced soft furnishing makers, and upholsters.
In her spare time Valerie enjoys badminton, reading and spending time with all her grandchildren and a great pint of real ale!

Kerri is our office manager bringing 16 years of business admin to our company.
Kerri is most likely to be the first person you speak too when you ring the office, and, she manages the reception area and looks after visitors.
In her spare time Kerri enjoys going out with friends and a great glass of prosecco!

April is an experienced soft furnishings manager bringing 25 years of interior design to RRS. April has been creative in many other areas including developing our very own RRS website, along with cad drawings and room illustrations 2D and 3D for interior designs.
Over the years she has designed and developed dementia friendly interiors and she delights in the pleasure and joy these environments bring to people living with dementia.
In her spare time April enjoy’s holidays around the UK in her campervan and a great pint of real ale!
